TMC Now offers a 24/7/365 connection to a provider via phone or video, providing healthcare when and where you need it. This service is designed as a convenient alternative for immediate care for various ailments or mental health concerns, excluding emergency situations.

WHO IS IT FOR?

TMC Now providers, certified in internal medicine, family practice, or pediatrics, can treat patients over the age of 2. Mental health services include psychiatrists, psychologists, and master’s level therapists. These providers can diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medication when necessary for conditions such as:

• Sore throat and stuffy nose
• Allergies
• Cold and flu symptoms
• Bronchitis
• Poison Ivy
• Pink Eye
• Urinary tract infection
• Respiratory infection
• Sinus problems
• Ear infection
• Mental health conditions including addiction, anxiety, depression, and more*

*Providers will not prescribe controlled substances or refill existing medications.

TMC Now is not suitable for those with urgent healthcare needs such as shortness of breath, chest pain, severe bleeding, and other emergent conditions. In such cases, immediate medical attention is advised by visiting the nearest emergency department or calling 911.
